  • IMG have created a vision outlining World Golf Day's brand positioning and its operational content.
  • Beginning in 2011 and annually, World Golf day will unite a global golfing community, playing the sport they love to raise money for a series of charities.
Result
  • World Golf Day, as a brand, will take the positive aspects from established charity brands such as Livestrong, Sport Relief and UNICEF and combine them with the interactivity of YouTube and MySpace.
  • World Golf Day will set a new example for all charity brands and NGO'S.
  • Charitable causes worldwide will gain from the creative fund raising efforts of golf facilities, players and non-players. Such participating bodies will join a community of giving, offering numerous mutual benefits.
